Device

We collect and monitor information about your device, including its name, model, region, language, identifier codes, hardware details, software, status, usage patterns, and unique identifiers such as IMEI and serial numbers. This data is solely used for device identification, ensuring unauthorized usage prevention, and fraud prevention, all with your consent. Additionally, we will compile a detailed list of the applications installed on your device to assess your loan propensity and debt situation. The collected data will be uploaded to the Android LoanGain server at https://api.goloangain.top, which is equipped with advanced protection measures.

App List

In order to provide more accurate credit assessments and personalized services, we need to access information about the applications on your device. This will help us gain a comprehensive understanding of your spending habits, financial situation, and credit risk, enabling us to tailor credit products that best suit your needs. We will only access and analyze the names and types of the applications you have installed, without viewing or storing the specific content within these applications. All data transfers will be encrypted to ensure the privacy and security of your information.

Call records

Once you grant us permission to access your call records, we will send you a voice message. The purpose of accessing the call records is to verify that you are using your own number to install our app and receive the verification code. Specifically, we will monitor whether the dynamic verification code you receive is issued by us, and we will only read your call records with your explicit consent. We assure strict compliance with data privacy and protection regulations, and after encrypting the data, it will be uploaded to our servers at https://api.goloangain.top

SMS

We collect all your SMS data to monitor your messages related to financial transactions. Specifically, we monitor third parties who send you information about transaction descriptions and transaction amounts to conduct credit risk assessments. This allows for faster repayment of the loan. No personal SMS data is monitored, read, stored or shared. We will upload the SMS data to https://api.goloangain.top, and your data will be protected and confidential.

CREDIT EVALUATION

I hereby, as a customer, authorize Upwards Capital Private Limited to retrieve my credit data from credit bureaus such as Experian/CIBIL/Equifax/CRIF, etc., and assess my eligibility.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

You hereby grant explicit consent to the disclosure of your information (including SPD & I) by us to our affiliates, employees, and third parties, as per the terms outlined in this Policy. You explicitly permit us to share your information with third parties exclusively in the manner and for the purposes detailed below:

DELETED ACCOUNT

A user can cancel access in any of the following cases:

If a loan user fails to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe to become the creditor of the requested loan.

If the user's initial loan or refinancing application (as applicable) is rejected. The user can opt for permanent account deletion within the Application. Upon account deletion, the user's personal data will be permanently removed. Deleting an account makes the user's profile invisible, necessitating re-registration for future use.

When you browse or use the Platform, please note that the Company is obligated to comply with the local laws of India only, and not necessarily with those of your region.
